Box Score 2 Logan House scored 23 kills and the Brock men's volleyball team defeated the Nipissing Lakers 3-1 (20-25, 26-24, 25-22, 25-20) to snap a five-game losing streak on Sunday.
House added three service aces, nine digs and two blocks.
The Lakers won the opening set 25-20 before the Badgers won three consecutive sets with kill percentages of .226, .478 and .300.
Setter Marcelo Correa led all players with career-highs in digs (14) and assists (46).
Clay Blanchette registered 11 kills and a pair of blocks. Peter Schnabel and Owen Kerr each posted seven-kill performances. Schanbel threw up four blocks and Kerr made two.
On Saturday, the Badgers fell 3-0 (22-25, 17-25, 21-25) to the visiting York Lions. House led the attack with nine kills and Schnabel notched five.
Up next, the Badgers (4-11) travel to Waterloo to face the Warriors (6-8) on Friday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m.
