Laura Condotta scored 14 kills and the Brock women's volleyball team defeated the York Lions 3-1 (25-19, 25-21, 25-20, 25-17) at Bob Davis Gymnasium on Saturday.
Condotta recorded a kill percentage of .387 percent and 16 digs along with three blocks.
Brock extended their winning streak to six games and currently sit second in the OUA West with a record of 11-5.
The Badgers won the first set, but the Lions worked their way back in the second.
"Today was a good show of what we can do when our offence is in sync," said head coach Steve Delaney. "We took our foot off the gas in the second set and it cost us."
The Badgers responded by hitting .243 and .429 in sets three and four to win the match.
Playmaker Emily Armstrong was named Player of the Game. She posted two more assists than her season average for a total of 42 assists and two service aces. She also added six digs, two kills and two blocks.
Darby Taylor led the team with 18 kills and a .389 kill percentage. Jennifer Todd added nine kills and seven digs, while Tori Carroll notched four kills and five blocks. Jamie Holland also contributed four blocks.
Alanna Norris chipped in four digs.
