The No. 8 York Lions shut out the Brock women's hockey team 3-0 to snap their four-game win streak at Canlan Ice Sports Arena in Toronto on Jan. 25.

Caroline Eagles scored a goal and recorded a first assist on Kara Washer's marker to give the Lions a 2-0 lead after the first period.

After a scoreless second period Erin Locke scored found the back of the net.

Brock goalie Jensen Murphy faced 29 shots while York goalie Lauren Dubie made 27 saves for the shutout.
