HAMILTON -  Continuing their preparations for the 2022-23 OUA campaign, the Brock Badgers women's volleyball team won all three of their matches at the Mohawk College Invitationals this past weekend.

Facing one of the strongest programs in the CCAA, the Badgers defeated the Humber Hawks 3-1 in their Friday night tournament opener. Set scores for the win were 25-14, 25-15, 27-29, 25-20.

Brock followed that up with two matches on Saturday, first defeating fellow OUA competitors Windsor in straight sets. The set scores for the quick three set victory were 25-12, 25-20, 28-26. The Badgers then concluded their trio of games with a 3-1 win over the host Mohawk Mountaineers. Set scores in the final match were 25-9, 25-11, 26-28, 25-22

Continuing their preseason schedule. the Badgers next welcome a very tough opponent in the Toronto Varsity Blues to the Bob Davis Gymnasium on Sunday, Oct. 23. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m. Tickets for the exhibition match can be purchased at brocku.universitytickets.com.
