ST CATHARINES - Competing at Bob Davis Gymnasium on Saturday evening, the Brock Badgers women's basketball team dropped a preseason match versus the Memorial SeaHawks by a final score of 77-57.

In the exhibition outing, the Badgers found success on the interior with three double-digit scorers in guard Keren Tshinyama Kasonga, combo-guard Oluwatito Akinnusi, and forward Olivia Fiorucci. The trio combined for 32 of Brock's 57 points in the contest, with Akinnusi also grabbing a team-high six rebounds. Adding another element for the team, Allison Addy added eight points, three rebounds, two assists, four steals, and a block for an all-around performance.

Brock will now prepare for the start of the OUA season as they next travel to challenge the Toronto Varsity Blues on Friday, Nov. 4 in the season opener. Tip off is set for 6 p.m. with the game also available to stream on OUA.TV.
