ST CATHARINES - Rebounding from their first loss of the season the night prior, the No. 3 Brock Badgers men's basketball team earned an 81-58 win over the No. 8 Lakehead Thunderwolves on Saturday evening at Bob Davis Gym.
In a tale of two completely different games Brock looked reinvigorated following the overtime loss the night before. The Badgers were dominant on the glass in the Saturday showdown outrebounding the Thunderwolves 43-26, while also outscoring the visitors in second chance points 16-2.
Brock also shined defensively, holding Lakehead to just 34 percent from the field, while limiting them to just seven shots from the free throw line.

Kascius Small-Martin registered his first 20-point game of the season, finishing with a team leading 21 on an efficient 8-for-11 from the field. In addition he notched four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Fellow starter
Jordan Tchuente nearly achieved a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds, including five offensive boards.
Godsman Kwakwah rounded out the double-digit scoring performances for Brock with 11 points.
