Despite sustained early pressure from the hosts, the Badgers struck first, with Parris breaking the deadlock around the half-hour mark.
Â
Parris turned provider for Brock's second goal of the day, finding forward
Kate Halley just before halftime, giving Brock a commanding lead heading into the intermission.
Â
The defensive front remained strong throughout the second 45 minutes of play, with goalkeeper
Maddy Heeley stopping all seven shots that came her way, to claim her first clean sheet of the season.

Brock's offence continued to apply pressure throughout the afternoon, as its seven corner kicks, compared to Waterloo's two, helped keep the Warriors pinned back for much of the match.
