Long Week Continues:
Between this past Sunday, September 22nd and this coming Sunday the 29th, the Badgers Baseball team will have played 11 games in 7 days. Saturday will mark games 8 & 9 of the busy week and the only OUA action for the Badgers this weekend before heading down south for an exhibition double-header vs. Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA.

Back on Track:
After a tough 6-5 loss to the Guelph Gryphons at home on Wednesday, the Badgers defeated the Durham College Lords in exhibition double-header action on Thursday winning by final scores of 6-5 and 9-4. Game 1 saw Senior Chris Anderi drive in the game winning run in extra innings to defeat Durham, while Game 2 saw a well balanced offensive attack lead the Badgers to the double-header sweep.

Favorable Schedule:

With just 9 games left in the OUA Regular Season for the Badgers, the schedule takes a turn in Brock's favor when looking at upcoming matchups. 5 of the last 9 games will take place at home in St.Catharines at George Taylor Field. Waterloo represents the only remaining opponent on Brock's schedule with a winning record, as McMaster, Ryerson and Queens all sit at the bottom of the OUA standings and should provide the perfect opportunity for the Badgers to take a stranglehold on 1st place in the OUA heading into playoffs.
