
ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - The Brock University baseball team (4-0 OUA, 12-0 overall) continued to roll as they swept the Waterloo Warriors winning by scores of 7-6 and 4-3 Sunday afternoon at George Taylor Field.
In Game One, the Badgers collected 12 hits led by second year
Justin Gideon who went 3-for-4 with two RBI, highlighted by a double and single game Brock record two triples. Second year

Ricky Ferri (2-for-5, 2 RBI) and
Koddi Quick (2-for-4) all collected two hits each. Rounding out the Brock offense were sophomore

The Warriors were led by Kyle Balzereit (2-for-5) and Michael Clouthier (1-for-4, 2 RBI).

Brandon Beattie got the start for the Badgers, going five strong innings allowing one run on three hits with three strikeouts and three walks for his first victory of the OUA regular season. In relief, Badgers closer

In Game Two, Quick drove in the game-winning run with a walkoff RBI single in the bottom of the seventh for their 12 victory of the season. The Badgers collected 11 hits in total, led by Steer who went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI.
