The Brock Badgers baseball team's playoff run came to an end on Saturday.

The Badgers were triumphant over McMaster and Western to start the OUA championships in Ajax on Friday.

Brock lost their third match on Saturday, by a score of 9-1 to the University of Toronto, and Laurier secured the wild card spot in the semifinals based on run differential.

Toronto scored four runs in the third inning to open the scoring.

For Brock, Tyler Giancos and William Da Costa each tallied two hits. Nathan Laird, Matthew Cashburn and Josh Wray each notched a hit.
