The Brock Badgers men's rugby team have tasted defeat for the second consecutive weekend.

In their Canadian Tuxedo themed game on Sunday, Oct. 4., at Alumni Field, the Badgers were unable to defend home turf, as they fell to the Laurier Golden Hawks by a score of 29-19.

Brady Perkins and
Gavin Whyte Say both scored a try in the loss, while
Kelan Barron converted a penalty.

The Badgers found themselves down early in the first half, conceding tries in the 19th and 39
th minutes to find themselves down 10-0 at the halftime interval and were unable to claw their way out of the early hole.

The loss marks Brock's first at home this season and brings their record to 2-2 on the year.
