Welcome to the first installment of the Court Side. Thoughout the season we will be updating you with everything Brock Woman's Basketball.Â
So far, it hasn't been hard to tell that this is a very talented group of ladies. Entering the regular season ranked 6th in all of CIS and sitting at a 6-1 record to-date, there is plenty of reason to be excited about this team.

Dayna on her personal goal for this season:Â I would like to assist younger players in adapting and becoming accustomed to university and basketball life. It is important to me to also establish connections between the team and our surrounding community.
#8 Jenalyn YumolPosition: G

The Brock University Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending November 8th is women's basketball player
Jenalyn Yumol (London, Ont.).
Yumol, a fifth year Health Science major, helped lead the No. 6 ranked Brock women's basketball team to a 1-1 record in the opening weekend of the OUA regular season. In two games, Yumol averaged 11.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. She went 9-for-15 (60.0%) from the field, including 3-for-6 from beyond the arc. In the Badgers victory over Algoma, she registered a double-double adding 12 points and 10 boards.
