ST. CATHARINES, Ont.- The Brock University women's soccer team (0-2 OUA) dropped a 2-0 decision to the Windsor Lancers Sunday afternoon at home.

Windsor opened the scoring nine minutes into the opening half as Giulra Barile scored on the penalty kick, after being dragged down inside the 18 yard box.

The Lancers would take a 2-0 lead in the 33rd minute when Cassie Chretien drilled a shot from 20 yards out over the outstretched hands of Brock goalkeeper Lauren MacCulloch.

Windsor starting goalkeeper Krystin Lawrence collected three saves for the shutout. MacCulloch registered five saves in the loss.

The Badgers return to action next Saturday when they take on the York Lions on the road.
