Box Score TORONTO - The Brock University women's hockey team dropped a 4-2 decision to the University of Toronto Varsity Blues Saturday night at Varsity Arena.

Toronto opened the scoring midway through the first period as Kassie Roache added her fourth goal of the season.

Two minutes later, the Varsity Blues took a 2-0 lead as Chenez Power setup Jessica Maggioni for her second of the season.

Toronto added their third goal of the game 4:26 into the second period as Power registered her first goal of the campaign.

Early in the third period, the Badgers answered back with goals from Christina Ieradi (Maple, ON) and Annie Berg (Beamsville, ON). For both it was their 11th goals of the season.Berg had one of the best rookie seasons in school history finishing 6th in OUA scoring with 23 points (11 goals and 12 assists)

The Varsity Blues Jessica Robichaud added an insurance marker five minutes into the final period.

In goal, Jensen Murphy (Kingston, ON) recorded 27 saves in the loss. Murphy finished the OUA regular season 1st in games played (22), minutes played (1317:27), and saves (655), 5th in save percentage (.938) and wins (9) and 8th in GAA (1.96). Toronto starter Valencia Yordanov made 23 saves in the victory.
