The Brock University men's lacrosse team extended their win steak to four games as they defeated the Toronto Varsity Blues by the score of 21-2 at Varsity Stadium Sunday night.
The Badgers jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the opening quarter and extended their lead to 10-0 at the half. The talented offense continued to roll in the second half leading 15-2 after 60 minutes on route to the 19-goal road victory.
Leading the way for the Badgers was
Brandon Slade who added a goal and seven assists.
Tyrus Rehanek registered two goals and four helpers for the six point night.
Connor Brown and
Connor Aquanno both recorded the natural hat trick with
Connor Ham (2G, 1A),
Alex Pace (2G, 1A) and
Davis Neal (2G, 1A) all adding three points each. Adding single goals were
Grayson Houghton,
Jordan Gillis,
Jake Nyhuus, Nick Rybka,
Blair Pachereva and Saul van der Zalm.
