The Brock University men's lacrosse team improved their regular season record to 5-0 as they defeated the McMaster Marauders by the score of 22-2 Friday night on the road.
The Badgers jumped out to an early 4-0 lead and held onto a 9-2 lead at the half. In the second half, the Badgers offense continued to run as they netted 13 more goals on route to the 20-goal victory.
Brandon Slade continued his dominance in his senior season as he led all scorers with nine points including four goals and five assists. He is now just 24 points shy of becoming just the second player in Brock lacrosse history to record 300 career points. In 58 career games, Slade has recorded 113 goals and 163 assists for 276 career points.
Grayson Houghton had a career game registering seven goals.
Nicholas Rybka added two goals and three assists while
Jake Nyhuus collected the natural hat trick. Rounding out the Badgers scoring were

The Badgers host the defending CUFLA National Champion Western Mustangs Sunday, Sept 24 at 2pm at Alumni Field.
