Brock had four runners qualify for the OUA Championships: team captain Monica Binotto, Kaysen Drummond, Tye Douma and Jeremy Mol.
Binotto posted a time of 41 seconds and 84 milliseconds in the women's 300-metre dash to obliterate the school record, which she previously set. Rookie sprinter Kaysen Drummond also recorded an OUA qualifying time of 42.28.
The duo also helped set a new Brock record in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:10.98 alongside veterans Lauren Taylor and Felicia Scaringi.
Rookie long-distance runner Paulina Sergnese ran a strong race in the women's 3,000m run to set a new school record of 10:44.20.
On the men's side, second-year sprinter Tye Douma ran a personal best of 7.21 in the men's 60m dash to achieve OUA standard in the event.
Jeremy Mol, who also laces up for the cross country team, made his season debut in the men's 1,000m run and registered a time of 2:34.13 to earn his spot at the OUA Championships, which take place at York University from Feb. 21-22.
