Ontario University Athletics (OUA) generated buzz across the province with the release of the upcoming 2025-26 women's basketball regular season schedule.

The Brock Badgers have been a consistent presence in the playoffs, having made the postseason the last six seasons.
This year's regular season schedule begins at Bob Davis Gymnasium with a home contest against the Toronto Varsity Blues Oct. 24 at 6 p.m.
The next night will see the first of two matchups for the Badgers against their rivals, the TMU Bold, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m. Brock's last two playoff exists have come at the hands of TMU, with their most recent action being a 72-53 defeat in Toronto.
Last year's Western Division champions, the Windsor Lancers, take on the Badgers in their one and only scheduled game Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. The last four meetings have been split evenly with two wins apiece.
Senior Night falls Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. as the Badgers host the Queen's Gaels, who just two years ago were OUA finalists.
The final chance for fans to watch the Badgers at home during the regular season will be Jan. 31 against the McMaster Marauders for a special matchup at the Meridian Centre in downtown St. Catharines.
Fans will not want to miss the Badgers taking on the Ottawa Gee-Gees, last year's U SPORTS bronze medallists, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. One of Ottawa's three regular season losses last year came at the hands of Brock, who shocked the then No. 2 team in Canada with a 58-56 victory.
On the road, the Badgers will wrap up their 2025-26 campaign with 6 p.m. battles with the Laurier Golden Hawks Feb. 13 and the Waterloo Warriors Feb. 14.
