Lo Greco was named Female Rookie of the Year and bested all opponents en route to a gold medal in the 50kg division at the 2024 OUA Wrestling Championships on Saturday, Feb. 12. The first-year Neuroscience major went 2-0 in pool play before winning a tight 3-2 decision over Jessica Hong of the Carleton Ravens, who was the No. 1 ranked 50kg wrestler in the latest U SPORTS individual rankings.
