Thrilling the home fans at the Eleanor Misener Aquatic Centre at the 2024 Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Swimming Championships, O'Connor earned a bronze medal in the 50-metre butterfly with a time of 27 seconds and 69 milliseconds for a new program record. Over the weekend, the Kinesiology major also placed fourth in the 50m backstroke (28.71), setting another school record and eighth in the 100m backstroke (1:03.38). O'Connor's first-place finish is the first medal for the Badgers women's swimming team at the provincial championships since 2017 when Rachel Nogard won silver in the 200m butterfly and Jessie MacLean earned a bronze in the 50m freestyle.
