Making the trip to Waterloo, Ont., for the OUA Championship, Aisha Hoover earned OUA Player of the Game honours in the first match against the Guelph Gryphons, where she recorded three goals. In their 7-6 consolation semifinal victory against the McMaster Marauders, she added two goals and an assist and was named OUA Player of the Game for the second time. The Teacher Education major led all Badgers in goals and points this weekend, finishing with six goals and two assists. After being ranked as the No. 7 seed going into the tournament, the Haydon, Ont., native helped the Badgers advance to the consolation final against the Western Mustangs, ultimately earning the team a sixth-place finish overall.
