Over the course of the week, Tai York helped the Badgers go 2-0, accumulating five points across two games. Despite going down 2-0 in the first period during the contest on Wednesday, Feb. 4 against the Western Mustangs, York assisted Stephen Calisti halfway through the second to cut the Mustangs' lead to 2-1. Down 3-2, the General Humanities major scored the tying goal, helping send the game into overtime before Brock scored the game winner three minutes into the extra frame. During the Senior Game on Friday, Feb. 6, against the Waterloo Warriors, the Badgers found themselves down 1-0 at the end of the first. The first-year student athlete picked up right where he left off, scoring two unanswered to put the Badgers up 2-1. He capped off his five point weekend by assisting the Badgers' fifth goal halfway through the third period.
