ST. CATHARINES, Ont. -  The Brock University men's rugby team (2-1 OUA) rolled past the Waterloo Warriors by the score of 39-15 Saturday afternoon at the Brock Rugby Field.

The Badgers carried the play for the majority of the first half, leading 20-3 after 40 minutes. 2013 OUA leading scorer, Connor Fitzsimmons, added 3 trys in the opening half, while chipping in with a convert and penalty goal  accounting for all 20 Badger points.

The Badgers offence once again came out strong in the scond half, adding another 19 points,  with single trys from Chris Gladney, Ryan Hickey, and Sean Medeiros. Fitszimmons rounded out the scoring with two converts, finishing the afternoon with a game-high 24 points.

Waterloo scorers were Kyle Kraemer, with two trys, and Jason Park with a convert and a penalty goal.

The Badgers return to action Saturday September, 20th at 1pm, when they host the Queens Gaels, on homecoming weekend.
