The Brock University men's rugby team dropped a 50-29 decision to the Western Mustangs on the road Saturday afternoon. With the loss the Badgers fall to 4-3 on the season.

Spencer Karn led the Badgers scoring with three converts and two penalty goals for 12 points. Jeremy Brownridge, Jackson Amos, Tim Sullivan and Zack White all recorded one try each as the Badgers collected one point in the loss. 

Leading Western was L. Bucher who led all scorers with 16 points registering two tries and two converts to improve to 5-2. 

The Badgers, who have clinched a playoff berth, will close out the OUA regular season at home October 21st as they host the Trent Excalibur at 1pm on Alumni Field.
