The Brock University women's soccer team extended their win streak to three games as they defeated the Guelph Gryphons by the score of 1-0 Friday night at Alumni Field.

Ashley Harris shot and buried it past Guelph starting goalkeeper Elizabeth Brenneman for the eventual game-winner.

Marilena Spagnolo recorded her fourth straight shutout and her sixth on the season. In 12 games, she has allowed just 10 goals for a 0.83 GAA which is currently sixth in the OUA. She leads the OUA in shutouts (6 - tied), games played (12), minutes (1081:00), and is third in saves (61).
The Badgers host the York Lions Sunday at Alumni Field at 1pm.
