Box Score The No. 10 ranked Brock University women's hockey team defeated the Laurier Golden Hawks by the score of 3-2 Thursday night on the road.

Brock opened the scoring five minutes into the first period as Christina Ieradi setup Amanda Ieradi, who buried home her fifth goal of the season past Laurier starter Hannah Miller.

The Golden Hawks tied the game 1-1 just 21 seconds later. as Morgan Bates setup Emily Woodhouse for her first goal of the season.

The Badgers regained the one goal lead at the 7:21 mark, as Annie Berg found Hunter Accursi who added her fourth goal of the campaign

Brock would take a 3-1 lead seven minutes into the second period. On the powerplay, Lisa Buratynski setup Christina Ieradi for her third goal of the season and second point of the night.

Laurer would cut the Brock lead to one, 3-2, at the 12 minute mark of the second period as Jaden Head added a powerplay marker for her third goal of the seson.

In goal, Brock starter Jensen Murphy recorded 24 saves for the victory, becoming just the third goalie in the program history to register 1,500 career saves. Laurier's Miller collected 31 saves in the loss.
