Laurer would cut the Brock lead to one, 3-2, at the 12 minute mark of the second period as Jaden Head added a powerplay marker for her third goal of the seson.

Jensen Murphy recorded 24 saves for the victory, becoming just the third goalie in the program history to register 1,500 career saves. Laurier's Miller collected 31 saves in the loss.
