LONDON - Opening their 2022 OUA season on the road, the Brock Badgers men's rugby team fell 26-12 in a physical battle with the Western Mustangs on Saturday evening.

Brock scored a pair of tries in the back-and-forth season opener courtesy Carter Filion and Zach Zorbas. Luke Bagshaw also delivered on one successful convert in the kicking role for the Badgers.

The Badgers remain on the road next traveling to Hamilton on Saturday, Sept. 24 to face off with the McMaster Marauders. Kick off is scheduled for 2 p.m.
