The Brock women's track and field team earned two second-place results at the Don Wright Team Challenge.
The one-day competition took place at the Thompson Arena on Saturday, Jan. 18.
Ciara Clifton registered her first podium finish of the season as she placed second in the 300-metre race with a time of 43 seconds and 9 milliseconds.
In the 60m hurdle race, Sarah Saldutto earned her second silver-medal result of the year, with her most recent showing coming in at 8.92.
Saldutto also finished fifth in the 60m dash (7.90), with Maya Prescott-Clyne (7.92) and Sofia Aljourmi (8:15) placed right behind her in sixth and seventh, repsectively.
Moving onto the field events, the Badgers were led by Megan Jacques who had a top throw of 11.95m in the shot put to place second. Jacques also had a successful attempt of 13.46m in the weight throw for a sixth-place result.
Olivia Mark finished fifth in the triple jump (10.70m). while Sajini Ganeshamurthi earned seventh in the shotput event (8.44m).
Looking ahead, the Badgers travel to the United States of America and Geneva, Ohio for the Spire Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 25.
