All for Change campaign fosters inclusivity through sport

Brock Sports is hosting a series of events and initiatives to honour Black History Month/African Heritage Month and foster a more inclusive campus.

The Badgers' All for Change campaign, first launched in 2023, aims to promote social justice and raise funds for the Black or Indigenous Heritage Student-Athlete (BIHS) bursary, which provides support to student-athletes based on financial need.

The Brock men's and women's basketball teams will host All for Change games against the York Lions on Wednesday, Jan. 28 in the Bob Davis Gymnasium. The men's game will start at 6 p.m. and the women's at 8 p.m. Tickets for the All for Change games can be purchased online.

One dollar from every All for Change ticket as well as every home varsity ticket sold during February will be donated to the BIHS bursary.

Brock Sports will also share open letters from Black student-athletes during Black History Month/African Heritage Month, offering insight into their experiences.

A full schedule of Brock's Black History Month/African Heritage Month events can be found on ExperienceBU.
