In their first road matchup of the year in Kingston, Ont., the Brock Badgers men's rugby team prevailed over the RMC Paladins 29-26 in a closely fought contest on Saturday, Sept. 19.
 
The Badgers opened the scoring in the first minute of the game, as Sam Morreale converted a penalty to give Brock an early 3-0 lead.
 
The two teams exchanged two tries each throughout the remainder of the first half, to give the Badgers a 15-14 lead at halftime.
 
Robin French and Zach Brisbin reached the try zone in the second half, helping the Badgers maintain control of the game and secure the victory.
 
Up next, the Badgers will travel to take on the Guelph Gryphons on the road, looking for their third consecutive. The game is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m. The game can be seen on OUA.tv.
