PREVIEWING THIS WEEKEND
The Brock Badgers men's soccer team kicks off their 2013 OUA campaign in Oshawa on Saturday against the UOIT Ridgebacks, before travelling to York University on Monday to battle the Lions in conference play. Brock has won three of their past five matches with the Ridgebacks, and played them to a draw the last time these two squads met. For the Labour Day matchup at York, Brock will be looking to snap a seven-game winless drought versus the Lions that dates back to 2009.Â

PROMISING PRESEASON
Brock defeated Trent 1-0 in their preseason opener last weekend at home, before pulling even with Sheridan College 2-2 in their second exhibition match. They ended the preseason with a 5-1 victory over the Niagara College Knights. Leading the Badgers in preseason scoring were
