The Brock University men's soccer team dropped a 1–0 decision to the Western Mustangs Wednesday night on the road in the OUA West quarterfinals.

Western open the scoring 30 minutes into the first half, as Reza Nafar setup Rudy James who beat Brock starting goalkeeper Anthony Stott for his first goal of the season.

Western outshot the Badgers seven to three, with Stott coming up with six saves in the loss. Western started Kody Thompson turned aside all three shots he faced.

In the loss, the Badgers finished the season with a 6-9-2 overall record, their best finish since 2011 season. The Mustangs advance to the OUA West semi finals this weekend.
