Competing at the U SPORTS Swimming Championships from Thursday, March 12 to Saturday, March 14 at the Markham Pan Am Centre in Markham, Ont., Noah Chang and the Badgers earned a 16th place overall finish, tying their best placement since 2006. Swimming in his first University national championship, the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) gold medalist placed sixth in the A final of the 50m breaststroke with a time of 27 seconds and 57 milliseconds. His 27.51 preliminary round finish broke the program record (27.58) that he set earlier in the season. The Integrated Engineering major also earned points for Brock with his 1:00.72 race in the B final of the 100m breaststroke event, securing a 15th place finish overall in the event.
