Brock University Athletics

Kirsty Salmon was a member of the women's swimming team from 1986-1991. In her five years with the Badgers, Salmon was recognized as Brock's Swimmer of the Year in four of her five years including being named Brock Female Athlete of the year in 1988-89 and OWIAA swimmer of the year in 1989-90. Salmon won three OWIAA gold medals (50m backstroke, 100m backstroke, 200m backstroke), three OWIAA silver medals (twice in 200m backstroke, one in 100m backstroke) and a silver medal at the CIAU's in the 200m backstroke.
