Terry Paul - Rowing (1983-1987)
 
Terry Paul competed as a coxswain on the men’s rowing team from 1983-87. Paul had 
success all over the world taking home a bronze medal from the World University Games, a two-time silver medalist at the World Championships, and a gold medalist at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. He also finished fourth twice at the World Rowing Championships and eighth at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul. Paul finished his career as an athlete but he was able to put his skills to use by becoming an accomplished rowing coach. As a coach, Paul helped lead the Canadian team at the World University Games bringing home two gold and five silver medals. Paul would also coach the Canadian men’s national eights at the World Rowing Championships and the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
